EBC GAS BOOSTER COMPRESSOR SERIES
The oil-free oxygen booster is based on the company’s fully oil-free air compressor design concept, which realizesthe secondary pressure increase of oxygen, nitrogen, chlorine, ammonia, carbon dioxide, sulfur hexafluoride andother non-flammable and explosive gases. It can meet the individual needs of the pressurized gas for medical, commercial, and industrial use.
New technology patented products are exclusively for Oxygen & Nitrogen Gas. There is nocontact between the gas and the bearing, and the compressed originals that bear the lateral force are transferred from the high temperature zone to the low temperature zone, and the life of the bearing and guide ring is doubled. The special supplementary lubrication structure makes maintenance much more convenient.
The unique middle body sealing structure can improve the life of the seals, and the sealing effect is excellent. The leakage is less than four thousandths, ensuring the purity and cleanliness of the gas pressurization, and prolonging the service life of the machine. It is the ideal replacement product compare to traditional booster. Ordinary box type includes fixed and portable,frequency conversion andmultiple forms are available.
Applicable gas pressure range: The gas pressure (≥ 0.1 MPa) is pressurized to the pressure you need (≤20.0 Mpa);
Applicable gas flow range: 1~300Nm3/h; suitable for larger air volume according to the required unit type
